The Liscomb Oceanfront Properties can be reached by land and sea. The shoreline of the subdivision meets the deep side of the channel which is often sailed by many power boats and yachts. Liscomb Bay is a popular stopping place for sailors because of it's handy location between Halifax and Cape Breton. Liscomb is also a safe haven from the sometimes rough Atlantic Ocean.
